Tarte, Inc. (“Tarte”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the websites www.tressora.us and associated digital platforms (collectively the “Sites”). These Terms and Conditions govern all access, browsing, account registration, and purchases made through our Sites. When you access, browse, create an account or place an order on our Sites, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using our website immediately.

1. Eligibility & User Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old, or possess valid parental/guardian consent to place orders.
You may only use the Sites for personal, non-commercial lawful shopping.
You are prohibited from web scraping, automated bots, hacking, modifying site code, creating multiple fake accounts, abusing discount codes, bulk reselling products, disrupting website security, or publishing unlawful, infringing or offensive content.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any provisions hereof.

2. Account Responsibilities

When registering an account, you shall maintain accurate contact information and keep your login credentials secure. You are fully liable for all orders and activities made under your account. Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access. You may not sell, share or transfer your registered account to any third party.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

All displayed prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product pricing excludes shipping fees, sales tax, import duties and VAT unless clearly specified.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, remove product listings and cancel orders caused by technical mistakes.
A temporary authorization hold will be applied to your payment method upon checkout; final payment is captured when your order ships.
We accept valid credit cards, debit cards and official Tarte e-gift cards. Third-party general-purpose prepaid gift cards, cheques and money orders are not supported.
All orders require identity and payment verification. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, mismatched billing information, prohibited shipping destinations or policy violations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.
International shipments may undergo customs inspection, which may extend transit time. All import duties, taxes and clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not guarantee delivery to freight forwarding addresses and reserve the right to refuse shipments to forwarding companies.
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of your package. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels after carrier confirmation of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy.

Orders shipped to the United States and Puerto Rico may be returned within 30 days after delivery. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from refunds.
Final sale merchandise, custom kits, limited-edition bundles and gift sets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Opened, heavily used cosmetic items may be rejected for return based on hygiene requirements, excluding factory defective or damaged goods received upon delivery.
Standard return service to our US warehouse is unavailable for most international orders outside the US and Puerto Rico.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for banks to complete posting funds.

6. Promotions, Discount Codes & VIP Loyalty Program

Promo codes, free gifts and limited-time offers are valid only within the stated time frame while inventory lasts. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders. Promotions have no cash value.
The tarte™ VIP Loyalty Program operates under separate program rules. Points earned from purchases will be deducted after item returns. We reserve the right to adjust reward rules or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Abuse of promotions via multiple accounts to stack discounts may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, photographs, logos, packaging designs, trademarks, artwork and formulas displayed on the Sites are exclusive intellectual property owned by Tarte, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit or commercially reuse any website content without our written authorization. Unauthorized reproduction may constitute copyright infringement subject to DMCA regulations.

8. Product Descriptions & Disclaimers

We aim to provide accurate product photos, ingredient information and descriptions. However, color differences caused by screen display, minor packaging updates and typographical errors do not constitute a contract breach. Cosmetic results vary among individuals, and we make no guarantee of specific makeup or skincare effects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarte shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of website use or purchased merchandise. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for personal injury caused by defective products where prohibited by law.

10. Third-Party Website Links

Our Sites may contain hyperlinks to social platforms, partner websites and third-party retailers. We have no control over external websites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or terms of service.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising between you and Tarte shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Claims shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Tarte to the fullest extent allowed by law.

12. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting on this page with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of the Sites after publication of changes means you accept the revised terms.
